We are so excited you decided to join the McClure Mavericks and cannot wait to meet you!

 

To register your student at McClure please see our school website for online registration requirements. Once you have completed your online registration, our registrar Mrs. Bargeron will contact you. If you have any questions regarding your online registration Mrs. Bargeron may be reached at

In order to register, you will need:

 

• 2 Proofs of Residency: 

  • Enrolling families must have one of each of the following to satisfy proof of residency.

    • Mortgage statement/Deed  OR Rental Agreement

    • Utility bill (Example: phone, water, power, gas, etc.)

• Certificate of Immunization (form 3231)

• Certificate of Hearing and Vision (form 3300)

• Birth Certificate

• Social Security Card/Waiver

• Withdrawal forms for current school year

• Most Current Report with proof of grade level

• Discipline Record

• Gifted Eligibility or standardized test scores (if applicable)

• Copy of most current IEP (if applicable)

• Copy of most current 504 (if applicable)

• Custodial documents (divorce decrees, etc, if applicable)

 

Having all of the necessary documentation will help ensure that the registration process will be smooth. We are happy you and your student are here and look forward to assisting you in this process!
